Spotlighting our Empower to Educate Advisors

Our Empower to Educate advisors throughout the state help hundreds of current and aspiring early childhood educators begin, advance, and sustain their child care careers. Thanks to a new video, you can hear in their own words how they use their passion for the field to support program participants. This inspiring video reminds all of us who work in the early childhood field how important our work is and what a difference we make in the lives of early educators and the children they teach.

Communications Director of Child Care Aware of Minnesota. Diane has been at Child Care Aware of Minnesota for the past year after a long career in nonprofit program management, strategic communications consulting, and philanthropy. She manages all aspects of CCAoMN’s communications and marketing work and leads the communications team. She holds a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Concordia College – Moorhead.
