Current T.E.A.C.H. scholarship recipients who have reached their credit limit for their current scholarship contract can request a once per contract addition of up to ten semester (12 quarter) credits beyond the scholarship’s regular credit limit.

Eligibility

To be eligible for extra credits, you need to:

• Show academic success for one to two previous semesters with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
• Have completed at least one semester on a T.E.A.C.H. scholarship.
• Have your early childhood faculty advisor sign a form stating that you are academically a good candidate to take additional classes/credits.
• Have your employer (if applicable) sign a form to take additional credits as this will mean an extra expense for your employer.

Counselor will then get in touch with you to let you know if you are eligible for additional credits and send you the form for your advisor and employer to sign.
