Ann has been the director of CCAoMN since 2002. She is responsible for overall agency leadership, growing the staff from 10 to 29 FTEs. She manages contracts, grants, and earned income; guides staff in developing and implementing new programs; and collaborates with early care and education organizations, business, community, and foundation leaders on public policy issues and system-building initiatives. She previously held leadership positions at the American Cancer Society, and holds a mini-MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Speech-Communications from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Governor’s Early Learning Council and a board member of Child Care Aware of America.
