The course being presented at the Annual Trainer and RBPD Retreat is Becoming a Culturally Reflective Trainer: Using Culture as a Tool.

This workshop will intersect the concepts of “Culture as a Tool”, focusing on intercultural, relationship-based practices for communities and professionals. This session is grounded in the culture of learning theory, applying Mitchell R. Hammer, Ph.D., theory of Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) and Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI) and Dr. Milton J. Bennett’s Intercultural model.
