"Growing Together" by the Okee Dokee Brothers
The Okee Dokee Brothers have written an original song, “Growing Together,” to support the efforts of Child Care Aware of Minnesota and the continuing rollout of Parent Aware, a rating tool designed to help families find high quality child care and early education programs.
The song title, “Growing Together," highlights that we are all learning together and that the unique child-caregiver relationship has a lifelong impact. The simple verses and catchy chorus are sure to inspire caregivers and children to sing along.
The Grammy award-winning Okee Dokee Brothers performed this new song on Tuesday, August 13, where they visited several early care and education sites in St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Mankato. They also performed live at noon in the studios of WCCO TV.
